The rules of accommodation

ARRIVAL: the accommodation is available from 3,00 pm till 9,30 pm. We will keep at incoming customer’s disposal the reserved bungalow/maxi-caravan/apartment until 10,00 am of the following day.
On arrival, guests are asked to hand in all passports. The management reserves the right to hold these documents for police registration. Just one will be kept till the payment of the balance.

DEPARTURE: on departure day the accommodation must be left within 10,00 am.

Departures outside office hours do not allowed the check of the accomodation and so it wouldn't be possible to give the deposit back. The deposit will be returned afterwards by bank transfer after the check.

Due to delayed arrival or early departure customers must pay for the whole booked period, even though the accommodation is afterwards occupied. An early arrival doesn't authorize an early departure.

PRE-PAYMENT: 50% of the total. The pre-payment must be payed by bank transfer. Banking charges at your expense.
In case of cancellation, the pre-payment will be refund as follows:
- untill 60 days before arrival: 100%
- untill 30 days before arrival: 50%
After these terms you won't receive any money back.

Animals not allowed.

Transgressors have to leave the accommodation immediately, without any right of refund.

Balance of whole reserved period must be effected at arrival in the camping site.

HOW TO LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATIONS AT THE DEPARTURE:
- Refrigerant: out, melt, clean and with the door open
- Inventory clean and dry
- Oven, sink, stove and bath-room clean and dry
- Floor clean and washed
